If there is no response from the customer, we go ahead and deliver a product that comes closest to that ordered. Online Cakes, Gifts, Flowers, Sweets, Chocolates and other items, once attempted for delivery is treated as order executed and will not be eligible for refund. These items are made on the order of the customer. Being perishable in nature they can’t be refunded. Need to Order at least 2 to 3 working days before, for order customized cakes, Designer cakes, Imported or Homemade chocolates, personalized gifts and special flowers. We will refund your money your money incase product will damage or wrongly delivered. If you want to cancel the order, 10% of the order amount will be charged for processing. User must contact our website(cakesone.com) customer care to cancel an order. Cakesone.com may reject any order at any point of time without any reason. Please note that all orders will be processed in a good condition as per the customers choice onl & recipient choice in no way will be entertained for exchanging the product/s under any circumstance.
